William H. Steiner, 60, of Watkins Glen, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at Schuyler Hospital. He was born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania the son of the late William and Jacqueline Steiner. He is survived by his daughter, Angela (Jeff) Champlin of Dundee; grandchildren, Andrea and Alec; sister, Ellen Stephansky of Tyrone and niece Rachel (Kyle) Knapton, brother, Terry Steiner of Tyrone, sister, Stephanie (Hal) Berge of Canandaigua and nephew, Mike Berge; and former wife, Nancy Kelce. As per Williams wishes, there will be no services.
